Boox Tab Ultra with Bluetooth keyboard

Hi,

I want to type in Thai using a bluetooth keyboard with Boox Tab Ultra. I have already downloaded Gboard and also Thai keyboard app but it doesn't seem to work. Please help

  Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.

  We are sorry that the Tab Ultra currently does not support switching keyboard layouts for the physical keyboard. However, this issue is known by our tech team and this issue will be fixed in the next firmware update. In the new firmware, you will be able to switch the keyboard layout to the Thai language when connecting to the Bluetooth keyboard.
