    In this case, please check if the firmware version of your device is the latest. If not, please update the firmware. You could check it in "Settings" > "Firmware update" > "Check for update"

    If the firmware is the latest but the problem persisted, we appreciated it if you could take a video of this issue. And then, please submit a request here and attach the video to it. Our after-sale team will check for you and get back to you asap.

    Also, we suggest reproducing this issue on your device. After that, please immediately submit feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you in 2 working days after you submit the Feedback.​

    Yes the firmware has had 2 updates since I received the device on teh 6th December 2022

    Now the Music app does it without any MP3 files being loaded

    As soon as I launch the Music app the Tablet crashes within 30 secs or so

    I will submit a request as per your message now

    Hello,

    Your technical support is of no help at this time

    They ask me for information about the app, but the app is already pre-installed by you

    Again , it is the Music app that crashes upon opening

    Please help as the device does not work !!!

    This has now been resolved with a firmware update today -19th Dec 2022. Thanks to Twitter and getting in contact with the technical support and development teams, I now have a fully working device

    Hello, I'm experiencing the same issues, using the built in app, as well as others like apple music and VLC.

    As Mark was able to fix his issues by updating to an update from the 19th, I tried this, however my nova air 2 says my latest update (which I am on) is 2022-12-07_18-05_3.3.1_7a4acd30e6

    You need to go to Settings > Firmware Update, you will find the fix available to download

    Well, I don't know then

    All I was asked to do is check for updates and installed the firmware as per my screenshot

    I suggest you can in touch with them via Twitter as that was the fastest solution for me and I now have the firmware from the 19th Dec

    I'm in the same boat as others. The 12-19 firmware does not show up. Is there a manual way to do the update?

    No not that I know off

    I would suggest you do what I did and complain on the Feedback within the device and I don't mind you showing them my screen shot

    Also I reached out on Twitter and complained

    No wI am not sure if this was a general release or the fact I complained so much

    I have now sold the device as I was so fed up with other software issues I have found

    Thanks for responding. The update appeared for the music app issue showed up yesterday. I just purchased the unit so I would love to hear what issues you were seeing that drove you to sell the unit. Thanks.

    Hi, I am glad you have the update

    I had a problem with the 'pinch to zoom' which wasn't where it should be when the update was done

    I ound teh screen refresh an issue for me with excessive ghosting even at default settings, overall I waws just unhappy with the unit , but I hope you have better luck

    No I am staying away from it until some better value and spec comes to the market

    I was very dissapointed after watching YouTube reviews , etc

    I am getting the same issue when I play audio, and mostly with the Audible App, the top bar starts to flicker and then it crashes, restarts and ask me to retry to load Android or to do a factory reset, I retry and restarts as expected, but this is a big deal for me, since I like to read and listen the books at the same time.
