Microsoft apps cannot be installed (Office 365 and MS lens)

Hi,

on the Tab Ultra I cannot install MS Office 365 or MS lens. It starts downloading the apps but when it comes to installation it stops with an error. Other Microsoft apps like Excel, Word or Powerpoint are working. I tried deleting the Play Store cache, restarted the Tab Ultra, etc. but nothing works.
