Handwritten Notes stored as individual strokes in the PDF

If I open a PDF in the Neo Reader and use the stylus to write some notes on the margin of the PDF those notes will not get stored as a readable annotation or note inside the PDF but as useless single strokes.

I read the PDFs on my Boox Note Air + and then transfer the files to be used in other apps. It's great the the Neo Reader not only uses an external text file to store the annotations but also copies them into the PDF so that they open with the PDF in most editors. But this is not true with handwritten comments. Each stroke appears with "250279" and the color black as a single annotation. If they could be converted into text (OCR) it would be a great improvement.
