import annotations created outside of the Neo Reader

Neo Reader uses external files to store the annotations of a PDF but also copies them into the PDF itself. This is great when working with the PDF outside of the Boox Note. The other way around is not working. If I open a PDF that contains annotations Neo Reader ignores those annotations. There should be an option to import those annotations into the internal Neo Reader format. This would give us a perfect environment to work with PDFs x-plattform.
