The same thing happens with a bluetooth keyboard, the ñ does not appear, it is not possible to put accent marks and the letters do not work, especially the different symbols. You press the ¿ key and --- appears and so everything is a mess and there is no way to fix it. The option to configure physical keyboard does not appear if it is in Note Air and Max Lumi.

I read somewhere here on the site that the Boox Tab Ultra keyboard is English only and currently no other layouts are supported.

Hi! I just had the same issue. I am from Brazil and just bought the Tab Ultra with Keyboards. Exploring combinations on the keyboard I found that it is possible to write all the special keys that I needed with it, including this ñ that was asked.  for ñ ã ẽ õ .. press alt + n then n , for ã press alt + n then a, for á press alt + e then a, for í press alt + e then i ..  ß is alt + s, ü is alt + u then u , ç is alt + c.
One imortant thing is that for all this to work the keyboard has to be set for another language (portuguese at my case).

I found the option to install another language within the input options when using the pen.
