Learning How To Use Tab Ultra
The online support from Boox is less than robust. I can get a tour of my screen, but no real help in the actual doing of things. Such as, once I use AI to convert my notes to text, how do I save the notes as text? Also, at some point, my on-screen keyboard shrunk and I can't figure out how to restore it.
I've looked at YouTube and found mostly reviews. Is there a place you can recommend that will give me actual tutorials on getting the most from my tablet?

Hello,
In settings, in the section about the device, below, the last option, you have the manual in pdf. maybe it will help you in some things. Regards

Thanks for the suggestion Bingen Markes, unfortunately, most of what's in the manual is stuff I could have intuited without direction, the same as the Boox on-line support for Ultra. I found nothing about how to save converted text.

Hello Virginia,
I have been able to save the text written by me and then recognized by the AI in the following ways:
One is by clicking on the share icon and saving it in google drive or in another previously installed application.
Another way is to copy it to the clipboard and then paste it into another app.

For those of you noticing the pen not writing in the exact space where you are writing, I found the problem to be related to the cover being folded back. There are magnets on the keyboard cover, not sure about the non keyboard cover, that are very strong and when I open the cover "wide, not folded upon itself" the issue with the writing in the wrong location is corrected. The other solution is to remove the tablet from the cover while writing. Mind you, this anomaly only happens in certain location on the screen. It roughly happens about 2" from the left side of the screen area. Cheers.
