BOOX Tab Ultra Keyboard Cover Not Working

The BOOX Tab Ultra Keyboard Cover uses a series of short pins in the slot that you rest the bottom edge of the Tab Ultra in.  There must be good contact between the keyboard pins and the edge of the Tab Ultra or it will not work.  So, take a look at the pins on the keyboard and make sure none of them are stuck down and make sure that the corresponding pads on the edge of the Tab Ultra are clean as well.

If making sure that everything is aligned correctly doesn’t work, then you may have a defective keyboard cover.

    Hey Rodrigo!

After applying your logic I have concluded that I have a defective keyboard.

Thanks for responding to my comment... it is very much appreciated and I hope you have a great and productive day!

My Tab ULtra keyboard cover also fails to keep contact with the Tab Ultra. It will connect but then disconnect randomly (or if there is even the slightest of movement, like on a plane).

    Hey Rodrigo!

I ordered a new keyboard 14 days ago, got it the next day, and things have been 100% fantastic ever since. Thanks again for the advice ... greatly appreciated!

    Hey Russ,

See my comment above ... you may want to do what I did. If you do, I hope you have the same results.
