Need help or I am returning the product

I am considering returning my note air c due to lack of instruction and lack of customer support. Before I bought it I could get a response from customer support the same day. Now that the purchase is complete no response in over a week. I can not save document converted from hand writing to text without it putting the text in top of the hand writing. There is supposed to be a way to have kindle books read out loud and so far I can't do that either. Currently this is a $500 sticky note and if I can't get support I don't need it
