Scanner App and OCR

I have the Tab Ultra and used the Scanner App to scan several pages.  I attempted to OCR the pages, which worked fine, but I wasn't sure how I could save the OCR output with the pages themselves.

Outside of the select all and copy option, is there a way to save the OCR information with the image?
