Syncing Backup

Hey,

I am using a Nova Air 2 V3.3.2.

1. When I log on to "https://eur.boox.com/" via safari browser, there is nothing there. Even though I have set "Sync everything to Onyx". Shouldn't be back everything up?

2. I have also set up Dropbox syncing, but where is it putting on dropbox, i cant find anything?
