Boox Legal Departmen

Does anyone know, Boox's Legal Entity anywhere in an English speaking country? The US, UK, Europe?

My Note Air 2 overheated whilst charging a set fire to my sofa. They have failed to respond to messages and am left no choice now but to seek direct legal action.
