All books gone

My Nova Air C spend the night charging, this morning all the books were gone! I was learning by a book, all the notes that I took by the pages are gone with the book! I looked for files in storage and they are nowhere to find!  I don´t know what happend and I learned by the worse way that I can´t trust the NeoReader! I am so disappointed.
