google nearby share not working on Note 3

My Oneplus phone connects to nearbyshare on my computer. However, nearbyshare on Note 3 doesn't show up despite it already being paired to my computer.

Please look into this issue. Nearby share makes it handy for people working on their pcs and on the Note sharing things wireless and simultaneously without having to use a intermediary device or service for connections or transfer points.  Please fix as this will give it the same functionality that Apple has had for years for air drop.
