Appalling Customer Service around non-delivery
Ordered item on the 17th of April, item (Book dispatched on the 9th of April 2023, told it would take 3-5 working days. Waited six then reported non-receipt on the 27th of April 2023.
Back and forth emails in an attempt to get the item resent or refunded, asked to lodge a report with their courier (Royal Mail). Royal mail confirm item as misplaced/lost (in writing) and refund postage paid for item. BooX expect me a paying customer to continue with a lost item process for a parcel that was never delivered. Royal Mail's tracking service still has my parcel listed as out for delivery. It never got to me!
Frustrated and fed up, forced to put in a chargeback via my bank due to their unhelpful nature which consisted of ordering me through the lost process for an item never received, plus I am starting to wonder why there was no special delivery status assigned to the item.
