A Brand New Note Air2 Plus with 24% storage occupied!

I have purchased a Note Air 2 Plus and I see that 24% of the storage is occupied. It is normal? I've submitted the question to the BOOX Help Center, but while they're answering, maybe I could just wipe all of that out of memory. How can I make sure that of 64 Gb only the percentage that corresponds to the operating system is occupied? Thank you.

  Dear customer,

  The 24% of the storage that is occupied is the Android system. We are afraid that it is unable to wipe the Android system from the storage.
