    We are sorry that the password reset requires an Onyx account. If you never log in to your Onyx account on your device before, we are afraid that it is unable to reset the password. And we are afraid that the only way to unlock your device is to do a factory reset.

    *Restoring the factory default settings will delete all data and files on your device. Please backup all important notes or documents before restoring the factory default. You could follow the steps in the video at the link below to reset the device.

    If you have logged in to your Onyx account on your BOOX device, you could log in to your account on the website push.boox.com(US server) or eur.boox.com(EUR server) and you could follow the steps below to reset the password.
