Changed out SD card and lost notes
I upgraded to a larger SD card and simply copied over all files from the old to the new. I lost all references to notes on books from the neo reader.
Likely it is an issue with the reference as the neo reader is not realizing the pdfs I'm loading have notes associated with them since it likely is using the SD card's ID which changed.
1. Where are the notes suppose to be located so I can at least check to make sure they are there.
2. How can I re-associate the notes to their corresponding books?
3. Likely it would be a good idea not to associate notes with their books using the SD card's ID or at least check and see if the book name matches and ask to re-associate if it does.

Having the exact same issue now. Lost hundreds of notes on JPG files when I wanted to check them on my PC. I didn't move, edit, or rename any files but my Ultra Tab C for some reason is no longer associating the notes with the JPGs. Have you had any luck fixing this? I just submitted my own ticket.

Not sure why this is a difficult problem. It should be well understood what is going on since the app's code that loads the file is well defined and has a specific criteria for how it loads the notes.

I would think so too! I know Boox has proprietary .notes files or something along those lines, but it shouldn't be an issue when the file is identical to the one I edited. Please let me know if you find a solution and I will as well!

I can't directly reply to the "official comment" but I tried that several times. Doesn't work.
It would be nice to know how boox stores the notes data. If it is in the pdf files or somewhere else.
