    Dear customer,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we are wondering which model is your device and whether the firmware version is in the latest version.

    We have forwarded your suggestion about minimizing the recorder windows to our tech team and will do our best to improve the software of our device.

    Regarding the issue with the thumb touch screen, you could try to disable to hand touch feature while you taking notes.

    Regarding the issue the zoom feature is sluggish, we assume this issue is related to the refresh settings. In this case, you could follow the steps below to change the refresh settings and it should be able to fix the issue.

    1. Please open the notepad and swipe down from the top of the screen and click "E Ink Center".

       
    2. Please click "More settings".

       
    3. "When scrolling a page, use" please select X mode.

       

    After that, please check whether the problem can be solved.
