Tab X / change colour of text already written

Anybody know how to use lasso to select some text and change the colour of writing that has been done already in black? (I.e if I want one thing to be blue now)

  Dear customer,

  We hope you are doing well.

  After you use the lasso tool to select the handwriting notes, you can change the color by tapping the color button on the top menu.
