Notes pages disappear when syncing
Hi,
I have a Note 2 with the latest software.
The issues I have recently been experiencing is that of the notes I take on the Note2 (offline), only the first page is maintained when synced.
So the note still exists, but all the pages after the first one disappear. I have lost a lot of work through this and am considering not using my Note 2 anymore, and look for a more reliable product.
Please advise what I can do to a) recover the lost work and b) avoid this issue in the future.

We apologize for the inconvenienceIn this case, we are wondering if the local notes on the Note 2 device experiencing the problem with missing pages, or if the notes on the send2boox website missing pages, or both?
We suggest logging into your Onyx account on your BOOX device and manually syncing all notes by clicking the sync button on the main page of notes.
After that, please check whether all pages of notes are synced to the send2boox website.
If the problem persists, we suggest submitting feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you as soon as possible after you submit the Feedback.
