A couple of month ago (more than half a year, to be more exact) I sent a few detailed reports regarding Neo Reader not displaying some EPUBs properly (to the point of making some pages unreadable or not being displayed at all). I can see those reports in the Feedback History on my device. I did not get any reply. How should I understand this? Reports weren't received? Received but not investigated? Received but ignored? Investigated but rejected? Please make it clear how they are supposed to be handled.
