Feedback on Neo Reader issues
A couple of month ago (more than half a year, to be more exact) I sent a few detailed reports regarding Neo Reader not displaying some EPUBs properly (to the point of making some pages unreadable or not being displayed at all). I can see those reports in the Feedback History on my device. I did not get any reply. How should I understand this? Reports weren't received? Received but not investigated? Received but ignored? Investigated but rejected? Please make it clear how they are supposed to be handled.

Please provide us with the Mac address of your device so that we can check on the feedback. You can find the Mac address on the settings page. If your device is one of the Tab series, you can find the Mac address via "Settings" > "About Device" > "WLAN MAC Address". We will get back to you and solve the problem as soon as we receive your request.
