New Ultra C - Unable to enter phone number to register with Onyx
No matter how I try to enter my phone number, it tells me I can't leave the area code blank. I've tried putting +1 in (even though it specifies I'm in the U.S.), have tried separating the area code from the rest of the number, putting all the digits next to one another and just about every other permutation I can think of. Any help appreciated. Thank you!

I had the same experience, but you must add the phone number in two fields... So the first field would be only a 1 if you live in the us and the second field your own number... Hard to see on the screen that these a two fields.

When entering the phone number, there is a bar to separate the area code and phone number. So there are a total of 2 fields to enter the phone number. Please enter the area code which is +1 on the first field and enter your phone number on the second field as in the picture below:

for me this did not work until I entered the mobile number without hyphens on the Boox Note Air 4 C

I tried this with 1 in the box on the left and my 10 digit mobile to the right of the line and it didn't work. Tried it with and without dashes
