Unable to sync kindle app to my country set

    In this case, please try the following solutions:

    1) Please go to "Settings" > "System Settings" > "Date and Time" > turn on "Automatically set Date and Time". Please make sure you select the correct time zone. After that, please check if the problem persists.

    2) Please try to reboot your device and your router first, and then please try to choose the network you have connected to and press the “Forget” button, then please try to reenter the password to connect to the network.

    3) If still unable to fix the problem, we suggest submitting feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback and Advice" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you ASAP after you submit the Feedback.​
