    Dear customer,

    We apologize for the inconvenience,

In this case, you could install the Google Drive app on Tab Ultra C and upload files via the Google Drive app. Or you could use the BOOX Assistant app to transfer files between the BOOX device and other devices. You could download the BOOX Assistant app APK file via the link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NyGKaf1tbguRuPu8Oqqpe4TSFEiXyoC2/view?usp=drive_link and transfer the APK to your BOOX device or other Andriod devices to install the app.

Many thanks for your time and understanding.

    Sincerely,
    Derek

I have exactly the same issue. In fact, it is similarly impossible to open local documents if you have the google docs app installed.

I cannot understand the advice to "install the Google Drive app on Tab Ultra C and upload files via the Google Drive app". This is precisely what I have done and most likely what was done by Amnakhraibut80. Apparently there is something on the device software that prevents applications interacting with Google to operate as they do on any other Android device.

    Hi Sergio,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

This issue is known by our tech team and they will fix this issue in future updates.

In this case, please open the Google Drive app > swipe down from the top of the screen to bring up "Control Center" > " E Ink Center" > "App Optimization" > increase the DPI setting until the "+" icon appears on the bottom right of the screen. After that, please check whether the problem can be fixed.

Many thanks for your time and understanding. We are looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Sincerely,
    Derek
