TabUltraC slower/laggy with online drawing sites (like witeboard.com)
Writing on the build in apps is very nice and snappy. But drawing on websites seems to be much laggier. Has anybody experienced this?
I open the same site on my iphone draw with my finger and it's much snappier. There's no lag either with my laptop's touchpad.
It's laggy with both my finger and stylus on the TUC.
Is this the screen difference between eInk vs LCD? But drawing with stylus with the Boox's build-in applications is very snappy. So it doesn't suggest to be a screen issue.
I hope this could be improved with new FW upgrade if possible.

Dear customer,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Due to the e-ink screen having a low refresh rate, it is normal to have a lag in drawing on the website. The built-in Notes app is optimized for handwriting. Therefore, the Notes app has less lag.
Besides the Notes app, we also optimized the handwriting for the OneNote and Evernote apps. You could enable handwriting optimization for OneNote and Evernote apps via the steps below:
1. Long-press the OneNote app and click "Optimize"
2. Switch to "Handwriting" and enable "Handwriting Optimization".
Our tech team will make the handwriting optimization available on more apps in the future.
Many thanks for your time and understanding.
Sincerely,
Derek -
Thanks. I used to use OneNote but the cloud syncing takes too long. So I switched to web based witeboard.
I guess the optimization doesn't extend to browser. I don't see "Handwriting" option under optimize.
