v3.5 Tab X ghosting
Compared with Kobo Elipsa 2E.
The ghosting with Tab X on the same comic is severe. (left bottom)
None of them are forced refreshed, and even if its forced the ghosting exists with the exact same degree.
Boox palma has the exact same ghosting on the same position.
The refresh mode is on Regal.
I think it's a problem need to be looked into by Onyx engineers because the Nova air 3C has no ghosting at all just like Elipsa 2E.
I have tried any possible setting, none of them worked, so it might be a fundamental algorithm problem. (or a problem on carta 1250 but not on carta 1200 maybe? but palma uses carta 1200 iirc)

Dear customer,
After checking with our tech team, they released a new firmware for Tab X to fix the problem the ghosting problems. In this case, we suggest submitting feedback via "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please describe the question in the feedback. Our technical team will send you the new firmware after receiving your feedback.
After that, you could update the firmware via "Settings" > "More Settings" > "System Update". Then, please check whether the problem can be fixed.
