    Dear customer, 

    After checking with our tech team, they released a new firmware for Tab X to fix the problem the ghosting problems. In this case, we suggest submitting feedback via "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please describe the question in the feedback. Our technical team will send you the new firmware after receiving your feedback.

    After that, you could update the firmware via "Settings" > "More Settings" > "System Update". Then, please check whether the problem can be fixed.

    Dear customer,

    After our tech team sends you a firmware update, your device will pop up a notification to update the firmware. Or you could check on the feedback history whether our tech team has sent you the firmware.
