V.3.5 Update problem: does not install

I have an update problem since 11-1-2023.
My davice don´t realice the 3.5 update. It show me te message "update package does not exist" / "El paquete de actualización no existe".

Every day the device show me the same notification to start the update and the same error.

 

I have a Note Air 2. V3.3.2.

    I have the same problem. Note air 2 +. It tells me there is an update (3.5), yet when trying to update it says its already at the latest version which is 3.3.2.

    Same problem for me : "A new update is available" pop up, but then it says I already have the latest version (3.3.2).

    Still not working here... maybe they are releasing the new version to a few states at time. Finger crossed.

    Hi, did Six one detect it for you today? And were you able to complete it? I've had the notification of the update available for more than a week, but then it doesn't work and it tells me they're already available The 3.3.2
