Unable to see annotations when syncing on Gdrive

Hello, I have been using my Nova Air 2 and glad that the possibility to work on PDFs synced to my Google Drive has been added. However, when I browse my Google Drive and work on a pdf through Neoreader, neither annotations nor notes will be available on the original file. I have checked both on my PC and on my smartphone and they're just not there. I can still see them on my Nova Air though. I have used the feedback option on the Boox three times and followed instruction to manually merge annotations and upload the file, but nothing differenti happens. So I am trying to work here and start a conversation. Could you help me out please?
