Can BOOX be used as Wacom drawing tablet?

Since the BOOX has a Wacom touch layer and can be connected to the PC via USB cable, can the BOOX be used as a Wacom drawing tablet on the PC? If yes, how?

  Yes, but it would get a bit complicated.

  The first part is to get your device to say, "I'm a digitizer". That's USB gadget HID function. Like any gadget you have to configure it similar to all the junk in init.usb.rc where it writes to /config (configfs). Now you've got so you can send HID reports to /dev/hidg0 and they will wiggle things on the PC. I do this already for one project.

  The next part is getting the swipes from the Wacom. You can get coordinate data like any app with MotionEvent or you could eavesdrop on /dev/input.
