Experiencing problems with the screen in a new device
Hello Boox Community,
I'm reaching out because I've encountered issues with my Tab Ultra that I purchased just two months ago. Someone in the community might have experienced similar issues or have insights on troubleshooting.
The screen displays dead rectangles, rendering parts of the content unreadable. Restarting the device temporarily resolves the issue, but it reoccurs after changing the page. Also, images from previous pages persist on the screen, creating a confusing mix of current and past content. And the text appears faded.


It hasn't been subjected to any accidental drops or falls. I tried factory reset, updated firmware, but nothing has worked.
Experiencing such malfunctions within a short timeframe has left me disheartened :(

That is very weird and does not look like any physical screen damage (the typical problem).
Although it's always possible that this is a software problem I'm guessing that it's a hardware problem with the BSR (Boox Super Refresh) on your Tab Ultra.
I'd contact Boox immediately for a warranty replacement.
