Changed phone number. How to unbind previous one?
Basically I have changed my phone number for a while and just now realized that my boox account has the old one. I no longer have access to that number so I cannot receive a verification code.
Is there a way to unbind the old phone number so I can put up my new one?

After checking with our tech team, we are afraid that they are not allowed to access or modify the user data of the Onyx account. We are sorry that we are unable to change the phone number in your account or bind an email address.
In this case, we are wondering if you have ever logged in to your Onyx account on the send2boox website on your computer (push.boox.com = US server / eur.boox.com = EUR server). If you are logged in on the send2boox website, you can bind your email address to your account via the steps below and use your email to log in on your BOOX device.

I need support on the same. I am able to sign in with my mail ID. However I have changed my number and need it to be updated. If I send a mail from registered mail ID to any support ID, would it be possible to be updated from back end?

I have the same problem, i have my email address binded and can sign in with it but i want to update my phone number to my new one, because the old one is no longer in service, thanks for help :)
