ONYX BOOX Note Air3 C 10.3 Screen Frozen

I bought an ONYX BOOX Note Air3 C 10.3 on December 12, 2023. Unfortunately, it stopped working yesterday and the screen is frozen in landscape mode. I've attempted to reset it by holding the power button for eight seconds, and I can see the backlight turn on, but the screen remains stuck.

I want to clarify that I've used the correct power charger, so it's not a charging issue.

Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue, or is it possible that the product is faulty and needs to be replaced?

  Bought mine last feb 2024 and im facing the same issue.

  Sometimes it works when charging the device and then push the on/OFF button for a long time (more the 8 secondes!). So charging might help and a longer press... Good luck.

  And assure that there is no magnet or something interfering... Sometimes from a case?
