Neo dictionary and neo reader Persian support
Hi everyone,
Since I received my device, I have faced a lot of problems with the Persian language. I have tried to find solutions online but I am totally desperate now. So I'm writing here hoping to receive some insights.
By using v2 engine in neo reader, Persian texts will become unreadable and unusual:

I have tried adding fonts to the fonts directory, but doesn't help at all.
Also, for the neo dictionary, adding xxx.css file to change the custom dictionary font also doesn't help to make it showing the texts properly:

I would be grateful if anyone can help me solve these issues. Thank you im advance.

BOOX Shop Service Thanks for the response, I have already submitted a feedback 2 times and nobody answered, I have submitted again now. Hope someone pays attention to it :) A robot just responded with a link to download dictionaries which the link does not work, yet I had already tried it and it did not work already.

Dear Arya
Hi!
Have you found a solution for Persian dictionary fonts?0 -
Hi Mohammad, unfortunately no, please upvote the main post. There has been no update received yet, and the only solution is to use third party dictionaries such as yandex or google translate that supports popup translation, or using an open source reader, they are not as good as the neo reader, but usually they support Persian.
