Smart Scribe Mark Recognition needs to differentiate underline and strikethrough
The smart scribe mark recognition in neoreader interprets both an underline and a strike through of text as a highlight. However, the user needs to be able to strike through text as an editing notation without prompting the highlight dialog. An underline should be converted to highlight while a strike through in the middle of the text should simply remain as a hand written notation.
A future smart scribe mark recognition could convert the hand written strike through to a horizontal line strike through for a cleaner mark up.

...applying a redaction following a strike through would be an undesired behavior as it prevents a future reviewer from seeing what text needs to be removed.
