Hyperlinks on Notepads not working

Hyperlinked Pdf templates are not working. I have the same problem on different templates. How do we get the hyperlinks to work on Note air 3 c.

  We are sorry that when importing a template to the Notes app, the hyperlinks in the template do not work. However, this is known by our tech team and they will implement this feature in future updates. In this case, we appreciate it if you could kindly wait for the update.

  Just got my Air 3c today ... some preliminary looking and it seems that hyperlinks in Note Templates don't work!
  I'm really disappointed in that because I have a great planner template that my son uses on his Remarkable that I really want to use.  The hyperlinks work well in NeoReader but not available when you use as a template.  Also, multi-page templates are opened one-at-a-time (as you add pages) so even if the hyperlinks =did= work the pages they're linked to wouldn't be there until you manually opened all the pages. =Plus= it looks like there might be a 500 page limit to templates.
  
  If any of this is wrong please let me know, of if you've got a work-around -- desperately trying to figure out how I should operate now.
