Why ClickUp App works on Tab Ulra C Pro, but does not work on Note Air 3 C?

ClickUp App is an Android App of one of the most well-known project management companies in North America (clickup.com) . The ClickUp App can be found here:

I was able to install this app on a Tab Ultra C Pro and it runs perfectly.

But, the same app cannot be installed on Notes Air 3C.  The Google Play Store display a the following message: "This app won't work for your device"

Since both of these BOOX devices run Android 12, what is the reason for the ClickUp app be able to get installed in one and not the other?

I need this ClickUp app to run on the Note Air 3C!!

Please, help me install this app on a Note Air 3C.
