Feature request: Schedule on - off

I am a happy owner of a Boox Nova air, it is a great tablet and serves me well both as a note taking device as well as an ebook reader. I use the tablet mostly for my work, which means that most of the usage is between 9am to 18 pm, and then it usually sits in my bag.

I am very careful too about my battery ussage. As the device runs full Android, even idling uses some battery. Scheduling when the device turns on or off could extend the battery life days, but no app could do it unless rooted.

For that reason, I am reaching out to Onyx Boox, asking for this feature. I imagine many users mostly use their BOOX devices in highly routine working schedules, and in that use case, an ON - OFF schedule would save quite a percentage of battery, as the device wouldn't sit idle draining the (small) battery during long periods of time.
