Work Profile for Note Air3
Hi All
I just bought the Note Air3 C, which supposes to have firmware 3.5. I have a need to create a "Work Profile" where I can install Microsoft Intune, Outlook, and other apps.
When I search in Google, Boox seems to support Work Profile with Firmware 3.3.2 by going to Home Screen, go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Work Profile. Toggle on Enable Work Profile.
However, when I goes to the Settings of my device, I don't see Apps & Notifications any where.
Can someone please help?

I actually found the Work Profile in my Note Air 3C. However, I have never able to successfully setup my Work Profile to work

Stanleydang you have to have the latest security updates to use Microsoft Intune Company Portal but the BOOX Note Air 3 (C) comes with security updates till 2023-09-01 (yyyy-mm-dd) so that's too old to work.
You must wait/hope/pray they will update but I'm afraid, reading the comments, this will not happen quickly.

I just Bought an Air3 C and since this is a work tool, access to Microsoft apps was a decisive factor for the purchase but I can't download the Company Portal.

I purchased a BOOX Note Air 3 to use it in my work envrionment. We were also thinking of ordering more for colleagues.
The unavailability of Microsoft Intune app makes it impossible to use in a work envrionment. There is goes back and we will check other options.

Adding to this request for help.
I had decided to buy the Air 3 C because of its integration with MS 365 and being able to use my work profile. I had watched some YT videos where people were using the Portal app for managing work apps. However, I'm unable to install the Intune Company Portal app on my device as of now.

I’m also facing the same issue with my BOOX Note Air 3C. My current firmware version is 2023_04_23_17-35:3.5.1_82d03a3fe, and I haven’t been able to set up the Work Profile to use Microsoft Intune and other related apps. It's really frustrating since the main reason I purchased this device was for work purposes. Has anyone found a solution or any workaround for this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Same issue here. Interestingly I've gotten a previous generation Nova Air C 7.8" and I was able to install the company portal app onto it and was able to create the work profile as well for it. There wasn't quite sufficient space for me to continue using it and thus I've gotten the new Nova Air 3C as an upgrade. However I can't install the company portal app just like the others. Boox, please help as it would be redundant for me to have upgraded my device if I wasn't able to use it for work.

I should've updated here sooner, but I was able to figure out a workaround to get Company portal installed. I downloaded the apk installer file from APKPure, and transferred it to the device. The install and setup was pretty straight forward in terms of setting up MS 365 apps.
