Nva 2 Boox has stopped working
I have had my Boox Nov 2 for about 4 years and it has now started t not turn on properly. The device shows not charged but when connected it is charged. It freezes on onyx page when it does turn on. When connected o a battery it can start but is very fragile in that it tends to freeze and now the screen will sometimes show multiple note books at once. The list goes on. It looks like I will have to throw it away as rubbish and go back to old fashioned pen and paper or that Norwegian notebook.
Has anyone had similar experience?

In this case, please update the firmware to the latest version first. You can update the firmware via "Settings" > "Firmware Update".
Regarding the issue with the screen showing multiple note books at once, we suspect it is the ghosting effect. To reduce the ghosting effect, you could open the note > swipe down from the top right of the screen to bring up the Control Center > E Ink Center > select "Normal" refresh mode.
