Hoopla audiobook issues on palma
Hi, I have been attempting to listen to audiobooks through the hoopla app, but when I attempt to play the audiobooks there is no audio. I attempted to allow background activity and it allowed me access to the ebooks, but it still will not play audio in the audiobooks. Any help would be appreciated .

Our tech team has checked the problem and found the issue may related to the Hoopla app. They found the audio stream of the app wasn't sent to the device and the SystemUI prompted a timeout message for waiting media to play.
