    Can Dropbox be used fluently and without hassle on Boox Tab? I want to use Boox Tab to work on PDFs in my Dropbox, writing notes on them and highlighting, etc. But this is what Rami Sharaf reported in 2022: ''When I open a PDF with the NEO Reader, take my notes, and close it, it seems that my notes are only available locally in the Library section of Boox, while the version of the PDF in my Dropbox remains unchanged.'' I too would like smooth sync of my Boox with my Dropbox - and not have one annotated copy on Boox, and another copy without annotations on Dropbox. Has this been fixed/optimized?

    Hi Gardner,
    We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please try the following:

    1) Please update the firmware of your device to the latest version first. Please apply for the beta test via Settings > More Settings > System Update > Apply for Beta test. After you join the test program, our tech team will send you the beta firmware when it is available.

    2) Please open the PDF on the BOOX device > tap on the center of the page to bring up the menu > click "More" on the top right corner > Embed Data to PDF. 

    3) If the problem persists, please try to unbind and rebind the OneDrive. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.
