Neoreader issues with Tab Ultra C

I'm reading a PDF document which I have OCRed on my laptop on Neoreader and note the following errors:

1) When highlighting text in the PDF in Neoreader and exporting the text, the text appears with introduced line breaks. For example, if you copy and paste the text of the PDF in a PC and paste to Word, there is no line break (the text appears continuous) but when I highlight and export the text from Neoreader as a text file, there are line breaks introduced.

2) Within a document in Neoreader, it takes a while before the annotations are visible in the options beside the TOC. Most of the time it appears empty and requires multiple repeated steps before the full list of annotations appear.

3) Exported notes from the PDF document uses chronological page numbers instead of the actual page numbers of the PDF document. For example, if the first page of the PDF document is page 10, the exported note links the note to page 1 (first page of PDF document).
