Can't receive SMS authentication for cloud sign-in
Hi,
I'm trying to login to my Boox Cloud on Note Air 3 and don't receive the SMS code.
I get the message code send succesfully but still I get nothing. Tried a least 6 times for the code, and all my notes are in the cloud. I can login via browser and send2boox app via email but on the Note there is only a phone option.
Anyone else had/having this issue?

We apologize for the inconvenience.
In this case, please go to "Settings" > "Date & Time" > turn on or off "Automatically set Date and Time". Please make sure you select the correct time zone and check whether the time of the device is matching with your local time. After that, please check if the problem persists.
