Using Android-google or not ?

I would like to know if I need to create a google account to use the Note Air 3 C tablet ? Knowing that the tablet uses Android.

  I set mine up using my google account because I wanted to enable the Play store to download apps.
  Of course you could create a new account just for this device if for some reason you don't want it to be tied to an already existing account.

  Beyond that if you don't plan on using any android apps, or plan on side loading them, then I believe it is probably possible to skip attaching an account to it during device initialization as per:

  Since mine is already configured I can't confirm this without resetting my device, so perhaps someone else that knows for sure can confirm.  But if you don't hear from anyone it's pretty safe to assume that you can do that.
