Max Lumi 2 Not Syncing Notes (eur.boox.com)

As of today, I've been having the same problem on two Onyx Boox devices, a Note Air2 Plus and a Tab Mini C, both with the latest firmware, and on the EUR server. Now I can't sync between them, which is very frustrating. Is the EUR server down?
It worked for me on the US server, so EUR must be down.

Hi, just got my BOOX Air 3 yesterday at all seem to work, but SYNC has not been working since they initial a few hours after I got it. I also get the "NetWork error please try again later" I'm also on the EUR(eur.boox.com) server. I have not been able to see me files at send2boox (eur.boox.com) or on the iOS app?

The same error on my side :-( I can't sync my notes, neither log in into my ONYX account at EUR server from my MaxLumi2 (firmware 2024-03-18_20_3.5.1_857dde0262)

No, the issue has not been resolved and it's apparently part of the BOOX experience I guess.
At this point, I am seriously considering returning my BOOX Note Air 3. I've read several threads on Reddit with people complaining about service stability and not working at all. Some of these reddit threads have been several months or even years old. So I don't trust them in fixing this anymore.

I moved my notes cloud to the US server and it works now.
