    Dear customer,

    This issue may related to the settings of syncing notes with 3rd-party cloud storage. In this case, you could go to Notes > click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > Sync Settings > Export to Other Apps > click the third-party cloud storage you bound on the device > disable "Enable notes sync (export)". After that, please check whether the problem persists.
