Freeze
It's been 2 weeks since my Onyx Boox Poke 2 didn't work. The screen is freezing. I tried hold the button and waiting for some time but still doesn't work. What should I do?

In this case, please charge the device with a 5V/2A charger for a few minutes. After that, please do not remove the power source, and please directly long-press the power button for about 20 seconds and see if it is able to turn on the device.
