Ultra Tab C Pro Keyboard issues

Hi, I purchased the Ultra Tab C Pro, with keyboard about 2 months ago, and have been very happy with my purchase. Today however I have noted certain keys on the keyboard cover (which is rarely used and stored and transported with great care) have stopped working. Namely the z,v,b, space bar and up and left arrows. A couple of others higher up in the keyboard as well. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have any advice. I have removed and replaced the keyboard several times and restarted the whole tablet and am still having the issue. Thanks in advance.
