Server Problems

I cannot sync my notes on any device (NA3C, NA2+, Tab Ultra C) to the server (US push.boox.com).  My desktop app shows nothing and after I log in on the web there is nothing.  Is there a problem with the server?

  I experienced the same issue. Note Air C, Nova 2
